1. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using SWLove, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Community guidelines. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the platform.

2. Requirements to use the platform

SWLove is exclusively for people 18 or older. By registering, you declare, under your own responsibility, that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we find otherwise.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the information you post and for keeping your password secure. Profile information must be real (age, profile type, approximate location); fake profiles created to deceive other members aren't allowed.

4. Conduct and content

Illegal or non-consensual content, anything involving minors, harassment, discrimination, or sharing other members' photos or conversations without their permission are not allowed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

5. Site guide and third-party content

The Site guide includes places and events reported by the community or by us. SWLove doesn't run those places and isn't responsible for what happens there; always verify on your own before visiting any place or event.

6. Limitation of liability

SWLove is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not responsible for interactions, meetups, or agreements between users, on or off the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms in the future. If we make significant changes, we'll note it on this same page along with the update date.
